Refund & Warrenty Policy
This warranty applies to TikTok & YouTube accounts provided by our service. If your account is disqualified or removed from the Creator Rewards Program, you may be eligible for a replacement account, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please note that all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds or returns. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement account will only be provided if all of these conditions are met:
- Email and Password Change: You must change the email and password associated with the account within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Compliance with TikTok’s Terms and Conditions: All content posted on the account must comply with TikTok's terms. Any violations, including posting inappropriate content, spam, or engaging in activities against TikTok's guidelines, will void the warranty.
- Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 14 days from the date the account is delivered.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accounts disqualified or removed due to actions by the user that violate TikTok’s terms.
- Accounts that have not had their email and password changed within 48 hours.
- Accounts disqualified due to user actions.
- Accounts outside the 14-day warranty period.
Replacement Process
If your account is disqualified or removed from the Creator Rewards Program within the 14-day warranty period and meets all eligibility criteria:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details, account username, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your case to verify compliance with the warranty terms.
- If approved, a replacement account will be provided.

- Our standard delivery period of 1 day may be delayed due to high demand. In such cases, SomeAssets may postpone delivery for up to 7 days.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy protects our business from fraud and ensures we continue to provide high-quality accounts.
